In the third hall, dedicated to friends, or, as Yevgeny Alexandrovich called it, "I was born in the USSR", complementing each other, there are 68 works of Soviet and Russian artists. And the first of them is the masterpiece of Georgian painting - Niko Pirosmani's painting “Giraffe" of 1914, paintings of other Georgian masters nearby- Lado Gudiashvili, Dima Eristavi. There is also the whole galaxy of Ukrainian painters - Viktor Sidorenko, Natalia Korobova, Yuri Chulochnikov, Vasily Antonyuk; Russian artists - Yuri Vasiliev, Mikhail Shemyakin, Vladimir Vladimirov, Mikhail Nikonov, Mikhail Gerasimov, Ruslan Tsrimov, Gennady Maistrenko.
The pearl of the gallery is the painting by the artist, whose works adorn many museums and private collections, - Oleg Tselkov "With Rembrandt on Our Common Birthday on July 15", which any museum in the world could be proud of. This work has become the hallmark of the "E. Yevtushenko Museum-Gallery". He considered the artists Alexander Bibin (Pavlodar) and Sergei Moiseenko (Bratsk) to be his discoveries, whom E. Yevtushenko was proud. Works by famous Russian sculptors Alexander Kapralov ("Angel", "Don Quixote") and Nelly Ganrio ("Portrait of E. Yevtushenko", "Portrait of the Mother Superior of the Novodevichy Convent of Mother Seraphima") are exhibited in the halls of the gallery.
